Welcome to ADA-MSB. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services.

2. Nature of Services

ADA-MSB provides an online platform for users to connect and engage in peer-to-peer (P2P) currency exchange transactions.

  • We do not buy, sell, or hold currencies on behalf of users.

  • We do not guarantee or participate in transactions between users.

  • Our role is limited to providing technical infrastructure and charging a service fee.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account.
You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information

  • Keep your login credentials secure

  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts found to be in violation of our policies or applicable laws.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our platform, you agree to:

  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes

  • Not engage in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any unlawful conduct

  • Verify the identity and trustworthiness of other users before transacting

  • Take full responsibility for any transaction you enter into

5. Fees and Payments

  • ADA-MSB charges service fees for platform usage, disclosed clearly before confirming a transaction.

  • Payments must be made using approved methods.

  • Currency exchange transactions are executed directly between users; ADA-MSB does not handle or process these exchanges.

6. Refund Policy

All transactions between users are final and non-refundable, due to the volatility of currency values.
Exceptions are made only in cases of:

  • Verified technical error caused by our platform

  • Mistaken service fee charges

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

  • You violate our terms or any applicable laws

  • Your account activity raises concerns under anti-fraud or AML policies
    We may also take necessary legal action if warranted.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • ADA-MSB makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding platform use or user behavior.

  • We are not liable for any loss, damages, or disputes arising from transactions between users.

  • The platform is provided “as-is” and “as available.”

9. Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes between users must be resolved between those parties.

  • ADA-MSB is not responsible for investigating or settling user-to-user disputes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Any disputes or legal actions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ontario.
